A CV writing service that gives you your distinctive voice in a competitive market.
Your CV is a marketing document that motivates the reader to invite you to interview.
No more.
No less.
CVs provoke interest when they’re pared back to reveal a clear story that engages the reader, and that can take a lot of doing, even for very senior people. You should look relevant for today and fit for the future. You are somebody worth meeting.
On the face of it, a CV is just a collection of words, but the reader also picks up on subconscious clues from the design, format, white space, fonts, length, rhythm and pace. CV’s need to be clear in layout with no pictures so the content is easy to track and read.
That’s why this website has no pictures. Words and layout do the heavy lifting.

I’ve been a Candidate, a Hiring Manager, a Recruiter and an Executive Search Consultant. I know how their minds and the market works. I’m informal and curious – and a deadline is a deadline. I write everything – although I use AI to research and strengthen technical elements such as key words and phases. I’ve been successfully writing CVs for job seekers since 2011, and about half my work comes by recommendation. Before that, I was deeply involved in direct mail testing, which gave me a foundation in getting the design right for the reader.
